It’s a quandary is it not? Especially for those who are not aware of all the potential outlets.
Recommendations are fairly meaningless, as physical differences make different designs, cuts or styles that are appropriate for one, hopeless for another.
I had a Titan coat for years which kept out the weather and not being too bulky was ideal for a range of temperatures depending upon how many layers I had on underneath it. But I have on medical advice retired from being a 20 stoner and at my current sylphlike 17.5 stone find that my Titan now does not fit and nor does any of the smaller sizes...Being 6'-5" seems to be part of the problem.
As yet I'm yet to find anything suitable and if I do probably won’t bore you with it as it’s unlikely that what I find will suit anyone else
