Going by the pic of that unbroken one, they look like the good ones mick. Dont chuck em after you try them out..... they could go on for weeks.

Tried one out last night, they are the ones with the powder tube inside, as delboy says they are very bright, come with a piece of tape, tube holder, and foil packed, i would say they are easy worth 20p a stick, but i dont think they will glow much past 24 hours, time will tell,
