Me and the boy are gonna start knocking out our own lures shortly, him for his pike fishing and me for the Bass, he's sorting out the spray equipment. And i've managed to pick up this old lathe complete with tools on the island, took me a couple of days to strip it down and get it working properly, i reckon it could be quite interesting, from reading books and looking on the net, there's a lot more to making lures than meets the eye. cant wait to get going,

HI ,You might find that lathe works better if you put a couple of concrete blocks across the stretchers.It'll make it run smoother

Sure am Lighty, or thats the aim anyway, may have bitten off more than we can chew though, very skilled business lure making. yanks are into it big time. These three are made from wood by anglers in the U.S
