Used it on and off for a few years, no problem..
Bought a new spool last week of 18lb and it is not the same line...
Garbage... couple of days in the sun and its next to useless...
Gone back to suffix tritanium....

funny that i found red ice has changed as well but for the better
using ultima tournament 18lb at the moment and seems fine, needs a few casts to bed in then has performed really well

think u do get dodgie batches,
some times its total shat & snaps for no reason,
& other times it puts up quite a bit of stick.

psml UV will rot even good lines over time, but if a line is shite when it comes out of the factory it will break whether it's stored in the sun or not. |
