Launched at Lulworth Cove today at 11am to fish the banks. Had a mackerel just outside the entrance and a couple more out on the banks but no Turbot This bloke came to check me out Met some other yakkers Tally was 3 mackies and a couple of dogs,it was great to be out there.

There's small ones down here, used to catch them from the beach at this time of the year, never had one over 2lb though.
Dorado knows where the mark in Wales is Cam.

I took pictures of the shambles on a dead calm day. I have complete faith in you guys on your yaks but i really do think this would be a step too far for even you lot.

This one was taken on an otherwise dead flat calm day during neap tides This was in between the rips but at slack water To be honest, it's not just the size of the waves that could be a problem, it's the irregular pattern of them that would catch you out. Even in my high sided 18ft Raider it still felt like I was in a washing machine!! Remember that the boat in the first picture is around 23ft in size and it was rolling around like a rag doll.
