All seems fine now. Good work! My only request would be to display the users location under the avatar like it used too. Nice to know where folk are from.

Still not sure about this Nick, thinking maybe the background needs to be a shade darker to make the actual post stand out a bit more?

i liked the other format. it worked and was better for your eyes . all im seeing is mackal jumping about and its making me wont to go fishing . bring back older style i say . sorry nick good try though

They have migrated us to version 5 and there ios no choice. All I can do is to try and make the new version as much like the old one and, where possible, to take advantge of the changes to try and improve things Let me remove the mackerel and try something else |

I like the absence of mackerel, just like real life! Could we not have a moving fish scene as background, something lifelike? If not how about making the active screen full width instead of the no mans areas on each side?

Big inprovement sunny . Much better. I'm sure once you've tweeked It about abit It will be better than the last one . Now the fish have gone and pushed out to outside of screen Its 10 out of 10 from me . Welldone. May be a man in a boat with a road compressed playing a fish at the top next to beach &boat uk sea fishing forum . In the gap . Bit of fun. Cheers |

I still think the wider the better but at least I have blank areas either side instead of loads of ads.
Not wanting to ask the obvious but has the new format driven users away?

The only thing that effects numbers is catch reports and that is down to us all. You can never have enough catch reports. I will log on in the hope of seeing some catch pictures and stories and I guess that we all do the same ? |
