Im looking for a pair of coasters to fit my daiwa sandstorm , anyone got a pair hanging about they want to sell  lee. |

You can buy the same ones from Century now lee, they just have a century badge on them. They are the best coasters you can get in my opinion you can get them in 27, 30 or 33mm. I think most Daiwa rod butts were suited to 30mm. I think they are £10-12 per pair.  When I got my Conoflex Enigma about 9 years ago I put the coasters off my Daiwa TDPK straight onto that. I've just had to replace them with the ones shown. The thread is still good, the foam cushion has just broken down. |

When I spoke to Julian Shambrook about coasters, he has put coasters on his rods that are identical to the ones the fellers just mentioned.....very comfy on the fingers....cos most fellers are still ok with using em. If you like coasters................  Although he said at the mo they dont sell em as accessories. Ill stick to the RT reel seat.!!!!!!!! Gazza |

that firefly one looks identical to the RT one....albeit
a £5 cheaper.........ill bear that in mind.

have just measured my sandstorm FS version which has a fixed reel seat and that measures 31mm Butt Dia.... Maybe you can get one directly from Diawa Lee. Gazza |
