its the same here mate and it is getting worse.that is why us kent boys have to live on bread and jam.some weeks even the jam looks dodgey.and as for the boat say to the wife it was a choice between a boat and our continued marriage. on the way out could you carry the new anchor to the car.make sure you have plenty of ready meals in as well you may need them.

lol im pms reading the threads guys yeah we could habve a on-line club/team it is starting to look very good i think.but the only prov i can see is ppl cheating. As you no what these scummers are like pmpl.Anyway lets get back on track shall we.Right we need to think up a team name as i have said before, and we need to find out how many members we have so far.I think it would be a good idea at some stage for every one to meet up somewhere.i also no it will be a pain in the butt for the iow guys to come over here so what i was thinking was every 3 months either iow guys come over to the mainland then in 3 months time we go over to the iow.forgive me if i dont use capotal letters and full stops etc and some times it might come across as if im being blunt that is not the case guys ok.also i would like to point out that what i write may come across weird sorry if it does as im an angler not a teacher lol. anyway if someone on here is good with the comp then perhaps they could design a web site for us please as im krap with computers and if we get enough boys who got there own boats i think it would be nice to go out on the boats once and a while.ok enough of that now ppl we got to think who is going to be chairman and secretary, organise the matches etc etc so il leave this with you. on a different note guys i can help you lot out with your casting and other bits and bobs so if you got any questions then ask sparkypaul as im helping him out at the moment with his casting and i will get him to cast 200 yrds if it or he kills me lol and ive also gave andy colmer advise as well and many guys from wsf hhac so im here to help you out if needs be ok tight lines (remember if line is slack then reel boys bloody reel then strike ) howie aka lee

might be getting mixed up with howie but what if everyone fished say a thursday night reasonable high tide and posted their report and catchs the following day.we could all pick our venues and go from there.even making known the venue the day befor.lets see how many of us can fish at once from the members without having to travel.

i can see what your saying m8 but some ppl may not be able to fish on the night times due to work or family commentments m8 or what ppl could do is fish when they want to and put a report in but that defeats the purpose of the club abit then dont it m8 i really think we all should try and set a date for everyone to meet up so ppl can put names to faces and then we could split the club up into sections i mean iow. shampton.pompey.kent.dorset.etc but remain the 1 club i think that might work out as the club will be free to join and its all friendly even with the banter and pi$$ taking that goes with being an angler m8

what are you boys getting over there at the moment as we wqere getting loads of really good plaice over here i went out yesterday with sparkypaul and doubleshotdamo from wsf and there werent any plaice to be seen all that was caught was 1 dab and wrasse by me paul had a bass god he loves them bass lol and a small wrasse ans damo had 1 pouting as i think it was to rough and coloured for the plaice.but hoping that the weather settles down again soon as ive got loads of rag about2.8lbs left that i have dug up so im praying it stays alive and the weather changes so i can get out there again if i new how to put pics up on here then id download the pics of the plaice so ppl can see how good its been at eastney i have been avergin about 5 plaice each session that ive been out and the rest of the ppl on the beach have been blanking

Its notoriously bad for plaice off the beach here. I pick up about 2/3 sizable ones every year while sole fishing at night. I have tried during the day.....just cant get them....no one can! Its quiet here in general at the moment but things will hot up soon no doubt. I hear they are getting plenty of rays at chale bay....thats about it!
