Can anyone help in convering old decca numbers to gps.

Are we talking proper decca or degrees minutes and seconds as used by the old navstars?

you only need to convert the seconds to 100ths of a degree . Multiply by 100 and divide by 60. Bear in mind that numbers taken from a navstar or a phillips or similar could be quite a way out because of the amount they used to vary.

you need to check your chart datums as the decca lat lon maybe in GRB36 where your new GPS is probrably set to WGS84. This also can lead to an error of upto 100 meters.

type it into google shows how to do it just as Rich states, also if you enter your model number it might show the error margin.
It will be out no matter how pecise you do it, but not too much with a bit of luck
