what do you know about trim tabs

I need some feedback regarding trim tabs guys.....

My Hardy seems to squat stern down and drops back off the plane now and then.. Even with all the weight forward she still runs nose up especially into a big sea....
I was talking to a guy I sort of know at the boat show onSunday, he designed and builds the pilot 4/6. Well he suggested trim tabs to bring the stern up and level the boat out.
any advice or feedback would be appreciated...

I fitted Bennett hydraulic trim tabs to my boat and they completely transformed the boat.
I used to struggle to get on the plane as the boat is back heavy, inboard engine fuel tank etc.

I have Eltrim Trim tabs on my craft

Found they work well and being electric there is no hydraulic oil to look after!
