id say yes rag is getting harder to get
i remember as a kid(12-13yrs ago) digging for 1 hour and having over 100 worms easy, now on the occasions i do dig my own it takes 3-4 hour to get a 100 and some times the tide will beat me and i dont even hit the target amount.
iv also noticed that the sea bed seem to be different now to when i was younger, so maybe the dredging is changing things ( i think this is probaly the biggest factor). also i think some times some place get over dug and it can take a year or two for them to recover, but we cant blame the diggers for it as thay need to earn a few quid and we want the bait .
