There is only one way to eat sole in a very hot curry sauce. FANTASTIC. What a way to mask the flavour Dogfish is the one for Curries Chili heat wont mask a flavor. When rob does a curry the sole fillets are not submerged in the sauce just sat on top. If the currys gonna be a good one, why use inferior meat ? Looking through robs collection of indian cooking books, they all use sole or plaice fillets for their dishes....
