any one used these and whats the build quality like and casting and does any one know a good reel to go with it

There's lots of similar stuff about mate - cheap end of the market. I have something similar I bought a while ago. They are carbon composites which makes them a bit heavy and usually have a tip which which is a bit soft so not wonderful casting action. OK but don't pay more than about £25 or you are being done. If you can afford a bit more, try the new Shakespeare Salt range - all carbon, light and easy to use with a good action, should be able to get one for around £50.
