i think the list / rrp price is about or £280, i can't remember now, have heard of them as cheap as £189 though.

Summerlands site are showing discounted prices on all the range. richie awt will be able to shed more lite on this than me but i think a few casters r using these in the field. normally a good sign ;D i did see a AFAW rod last year that had the worst ever whipping job i had ever seen. Bubbles all over the place hi build splattered up the ring legs could have been a rogue as not heard anyone else comment on this ;D

just got a secondhand one feels a nice blank with good rings but as bk said finish not the best if you like bling i hope the big price tag as been put into the carbon quality not and the finish . (but i think it will go into the buy it now swap it bin )

(but i think it will go into the buy it now swap it bin ) As the rods r far from cheap a decent quality build shud be the least u cud expect IF abu,diawa,and the other major companies can put 2 geva a decent finish on sub 50 quid rods its baffling :confused: All the GREYS,conoflex,century and Zziplex rods seem to be built to a hi standard, the factory finishd ones not the top range custom jobs ;D But wots it like apart from build

iv not used it yet dont think i will (feels to stiff for my type of fishing ) :thumb: i think it will be a quick polish and swap for more user friendly rod (stick to my daiwa wkts)

Take it u not impressed with the AFAW

I think the blank is very good very fast recovery :crazy: the butt not to stiff will cope with most situations .but i think it lacks build quality and hasent got that :saint: look what im fishing with looks most people look for today :gay:
