Berkley gulp? has anyone given this a good go? Caught anything on it? and if so was it used as a lure or just fished on the bottom in the same way as a standard bait? as its been on sale a good time now a decent idea should be gained ;D

i reckon i must have tried damn near every type of it ihave had wrasse on the peeler crab and on crab strip and a small flounder on the bloodworm oh and a schoolie on there mini squid but unleess the tide is running strong i dont think it gives enough scent off thats my opion any way :sunny:

you are not meant to eat it yourself oh you sure :crazy: ive tried the white rag gulp fished on the bottom up the pier. had bites but didnt get hooked. used lugworm gulp as a lure and caught a small pollock

My mate in New Zealand uses it a lot - basically a lure, any taste just helps. Got some reecently but haven't tried it.

I've tryed the peeler's and the sand eels from the shore. will give it a go from the boat now i have one and get back to you.

Caught plenty of codling on the copper lugworm version over in Denmark when boat fishing. Used as bait not worked as lures.
