Came across this scheme and have just signed up to it, I would commend it to you all and ask that you at least take a look if you use a boat:

Great idea guys. :-/I've been cg66 registered for a few years now.Handy in us yakkers case as when we contact the coastguard with our paddle plans we need only tell them the name of our yaks and they have all our next of kin details/boat length/colour/type on their computer
