Took the kids down to brook ledge today to have a look at the dinosaur footprints and get a few pics. First and most clear print.... Second print.... And the best one... sadly stolen and reportedly sold for silly money in America.... Selfish money hungry **nkers!

No, it must have been a well planned exercise. Maybe they did a lot of practice on concrete or something..

Really not trying to be funny Dave, but has anyone actually proved that they are dinosaur foot prints?
If they weren't, I'd laugh at some dumb yank paying stupid $$$ for a bit of rock with a few dimples in it... twonks ;D

You're right, it's hard to tell from the photos. The cliffs have come down loads at Chale recently, I said to Baz the other day it would be cool if a dinosaur skeleton got exposed or something

You're right, it's hard to tell from the photos. The cliffs have come down loads at Chale recently, I said to Baz the other day it would be cool if a dinosaur skeleton got exposed or something And they are all in a line where it walked 150 odd million years ago (give or take a few months ) They are legit! The cliffs falling is the only way these things get discovered. The back is full of amateur arcies early in the morning after a good storm to see if anything has been exposed. I know a few of them who do it. My mums friend has a stunning collection at her house. She has whole jaw sections with teeth still in place, lobster tails, anomites ect... She told me that there is a HUGE anomite cast down in compton corner that is too big to even consider getting up without a crane and as casts are not that rare no one has bothered.
