:dunce: I want to fish the solent a bit further than i can cast i cant afford or store a boat so thinking a kayak is the way forward. what do i need to know about purchasing one accesories etc and obviously safety being a complete newbie to the water any help would be greatly appreciated as i dont want to get taken away out to sea Reggie Perrin style

Hi Nibblett, sounds stupid I know but hope you can swim because looking at the kayaks I reckon that you will end up in the water sooner or later, especially getting towed about by a big smut off of Hillhead have a great time Allan
