Thanks. Wish i still had my old kodak camera that only had 5mp, it took better ones than my crappy 10mp one.

good pictures dave  , as for 5 n 10 mp cameras, try my fone ,its like a dot to dot, must invest in something a bit better ;D |

Lense quality much much more important than MP, Dave  My Sony DSC75 3megapixel with a Carl Zeiss variosonar lense kicks some serious ass, I always get asked why it takes much better pics by newbies with some POS 10 billion MP made in Taiwan crap  |

so can somebody recommend a cheapish digi camera-simple to use,i am not to clever on anything complicated-point and squirt job ?
or anybody got a second hand digi they wana sell ;D not bothered wot it is as long as i can take a half decent foto ;D

Yep i'll go with that, i use a 5 year old Panasonic lumix, 3 meg, with a Leica lens, 12 x optical zoom, does for me point it and press. Nice slide show |

I think thats the one i had john. Was reduced from 300 to 150 a few years back. Nice and heavey beast. The lens got stuck in a few months out or warranty...  |
