Met up with a mate- for a session - although he was in the water long before me ... Paddled from the blocks towards the castle & the pier - anchored at various points - fished about 4 hours this afternoon - not a nibble, not a sausage tons and tons of bleedin' weed though Highlight of the day was my attempted kayak roll in the surf (about 12" of it) - write note to ones self - do not think this surf looks easy enough - to the bemused beach casters - DIDNT HURT DIDNT HURT .... To myself - re-arrange this well known saying ..... tw@t stupid & fecking .... To the non-thieving british public - THANKS ;D - I dropped my paddling gloves on the beach without realising - they were still there next to the prom 4 hours later .....
