I couldn't make my mind up what to do this weekend and by Friday I'd only managed to narrow it down to 3 possible trips.I had to work for a few hours on Saturday morning giving me the luxury of finding out how Lozz got on Saturday before I made my decision.I'd decided that if he had only caught one I wouldn't bother going
Phoned Lozz at 5pm and was on the road shortly after making my way to Wales
Arrived at the River launch site just after 10pm,already there were Nifty,Lozz and Trudy,Craig,his wife and daughter.We were joined shortly after by Overrun.Everyone bouyed with enthusiasm listening to Lozzs exploits earlier in the day on the reef
The next morning we were joined by Eggy and Fatflyfisher and we launched in two parties,I took the later launch with Lozz in his gleaming new kevlar Dorado 2
and Fatflyfisher in his shiny new Tarpon 160i
Out to our chosen marks and anchored up to fish.I was about 800yds offshore from Lozz and Simon and all I was getting were doggies and hearing their whoops of joy a couple of times decided to move nearer.Boomphat turned up around this time.
I'd only re-anchored about 10 minutes and it was game on!Boomphat was right there to get the picture :win:

Nicely lip hooked with the Mustad Big Game(crushed barb),quickly unhooked photo and back
It was manic,no sooner had one guy landed one that someone else hooked up.Boomphat was ferociously paddling about from one guy to the next taking pics,poor lad probably had his most hectic ever day on the water on Sunday!
After a while Stu and Craig who had been fishing about half a mile away from us joined us.Our group now consisted of Tegs,Eggy,Lozz,Fatflyfisher,Craig,Stu,James and myself.
the fishing was great :catch:
an Awesome day's fishing,I ended up with 4 Tope and a nice big Huss for my efforts :stoned:
returned to the river to be greeted by a little family
and a luverly cup of tea from mrs.Sharky ;D
whilst Danni showed us how it should be done
and so ended day 1,after stocking up on bait and food and beer :cheers: we decided that on Monday we would launch earlier so as to get off the water early enough to beat the traffic (haha).
I was on the water first at approx 0730 and was joined shortly after by Sharky.After a while the phone rang and it was Sharky telling me he'd had his first of the day I was in the process of moving back to the same spot I was yesterday when he phoned.
Within 5 minutes of re-anchoring I was in too :catch:
and again :catch:
returned just after lunchtime to a luverly cup of tea from Trudy or mrs.Lozz as she is also known ;D
gradually everyone returned and we reflected on a great weekend together
