40hp mariner

iv got a 40hp mariner ex rnli just had full service its a long shaft.
i dont want to sell it but id swap it for a 25hp long shaft
reson i dont want the 40hp is i dont need the speed or power on my boat
mine is pull start and im told its 1998 .it is very very clean under the hood well its like new under there runs very well
