Bit of help wanted , junior likes to eat a bit of fish ......mainly bass and could do with a really easy way of cookin for the boy as weve just been filleting and grilling them so far.........
something nice and easy but that would be a nice treat for him in the way of cooking advice etc

ha ha this is where i can help you out. im a chef by trade! will it be bass you want some recipes for or other fish too.... bream and sole are as good if not better than bass in my opinion. let me know and i can get a few posted up. :chef:

eazy & simple wack a few spices in or wot u fancy i just use lemon, rap in foil & chuck on BBQ 4 about 15mins that was a 7 lber so if smaller check earlyer

Chuck it in a pan skin down, season it with what you fancy, and cook it through without turning it till skin is crispy, also tastes good deep fried in batter minus the skin

I dont like steamed fish smells and tastes like washing in an old boiler,but i do like it deep fried and pan fried, and i think you will find that steaming is not the only way to cook Bass Mark,

Marinade thin fillets with lime and ginger for a couple of hours. The lime juice will "cook" it.

cut the fillets into small bits make some batter put it in the batter then fry easy
