not sure what flexible paint is but Marine Warehouse (Percy M See) on Lower Quay Road in Fareham. should do what your looking for. hope this helps there maybe a place closer to you thou.

ive used dulux weathershield flexible exterior undercoat and gloss on boats before not cheap but good stuff if its any help!
