hi
as i have sold my boat to get something smaller and faster .
i have looked at a few different 25-28ft boats anyone know what the starfish 8m are like

Not personally but there's at least one owner and one ex- I think in the PBSBAC. You could try their site even if not a member.

my mate as got one and he fishing all over the place mid channel and any were he wants to go and Ive fished with him and there not a bad ride  |

I wondered where she was Dave, we had ago by your mooring to see if the triggers had turned up & noticed she weren't on the mooring.
Nice choice with the Starfish, I've always enjoyed my days on Mr Churchills.
Where did your Mitchell end up? still local?

hello pete my boat went to poole harbour . the starfish i was looking at sold the day before i arranged to go and look at it so i am still looking for a new boat ,i didn't think it was going to be this hard to find a decent boat.
i haven't heard of any triggers this year but i had a couple of nice soles about three weeks ago fishing my mooring in the dark

Hope something decent turns up for you soon mate. By the way, the tackle man is down the ECA on the 7th & there's a time slot for non-members to come in to buy from him if your interested, I'll find out the times & post them. |
