raymarine 435i chart ploter

hi all
has anyone heard anythink about these units(raymarine 435i), i have been offerd 1 which came standard on a brand new boat at work for £300 , as the owner wants a bigger and better one(nice to have the cash for bigger and better)

Suggest a good buy if it comes with a Navonics Gold chart.

i would say go for it as long as its in good condition and comes with the charts card as brand new its only £295 cheaper if you hunt around

its brand new and comes with full chart pack. hhmmm.

Best thing to do is have a play with it before he removes it from the boat, think it has a base map + best check it comes with a card with detailed mapping.
Another place to go is marinemegastore and play around with those they have on display .. preffer a different brand or better model direct to raymarine (portsmouth) for price on reconditioned unit with 6 months warrany.
