Just a little post to show that the world doesn't end at Selsey Bill. The weather was so good it just had to be done. Fished 3hrs over low tide, neap, 0.6 miles off Sandgate Castle, Frozen lug and squid, 40ft deep no tide flow at all. 6 Doggies (sizable), whiting (of course, but not in plague proportions), 2 codling - 4lb & 2 12oz. Mission accomplished. I had a visitor

You may have heard of a dolphin which took up residence off Sandgate, but 'she' has not been seen for a couple of years. This is a seal. I have never seen one before this year, but sightings are becoming more frequent.

I saw one when I went out from there recently - thought it was a marker buoy - untill it swam off!
