This is good news. A British designed and manufactured fishing reel of the highest calibre - the TG-F1. It may look 'very' familiar, but it's a brand new reel. The TG-F1 is a beach/tournament casting multiplier made by the people behind Rocket Fuel. It's standard 6500 size and features hybrid ceramic bearings, lightweight spool, Smoothie drag and a machined one-piece frame. All good until you get to the price... £345! Wish the company all the best taking on the tackle giants. Won't do the industry any harm I don't suppose. Good luck! Good luck to them. But as an angler will it catch more fish than say a £100 Abu or Penn? Stupid price really

If its any good it will sell out, people will pay for quality, not that pricey really when you consider that some paid the full asking price for this, ;D www.fostersofbirmingham.co.uk/SAZ6000

nice looking piece kit, shame about the price. unless it gaurantee's massively improved casting then they're gonna struggle against abu. i know i'm gonna stick with them.

OK I am well known for fishing cheap when I can, but ask yerself this: Which would I rather have, one of these or a new LCD telly (similar price). For me the answer would be one of these because what is on telly these days is 90 % carp and the reel would probably last for ever vs say 12 years for the telly.
