just got my self a new part built boat its brand new and needs fully fitting out it comes bonded together with fully bonded floor,fittind storage seat at the back.steering consol with foot rest.in cab seating with markings to cut out for storage.the transom is upgraded to take a big outboard so far iv fitted brand new steering i got from a m8,new remote and cables brand new again for £25 favor for a favor.2 cable grommets for the splash well. winch eye.stainles anchor rope bollard.nav lights just waiting for the windows to turn up and the fender rubber the boat is like the solent fisher 510/wilson flyer.its just under 17 ft and the build is very very thick and sollid there is still lots to do but im enjoying messing about with it and its looking good all the bits i use will be brand new it owes me just shy of £2500 so far but iv got most of what i need or its orderd and paid for ill keep dropping a pic or 2 of the build when i upload them heres what it was like the day i got it thanx for ya help jason olly

congrats on your new boat. they are a very stable hull and go well with the right motor. good thing about buying a self build is that you can fit it out just as you want it. so have fun and keep the photos comming.

iv got a 40hp mariner for it so it should be ok but ill be looking to get a tilt and trim plus elec start in the summer

had a cal a few hours ago and iv managed to get the tinted 8mm PLEXIGLASS 2 8ft by 3ft sheets for £50.im going to fit the windows the same way as the warrior windows

Mate of mine has a 50hp 2-stroke on the back of his Wilson 17ft and it is economic and tanks along at 30+ Knots.

ill see hoe this 40 pushes it but im sure it will be fast enough
the guy that builds them says hes made the hull so it planes faster but ill not no untill its maiden voyge
