Hello does anyone know any good cod roe recipes??? do you have to boil it first or can you pan fry it straight away??? :confused:

Just remembered milo I brined the roes for an hour then hot smoked for an hour 120c.Then cooled them and stuck them in the fridge to set hard. Delicious spread on cold toast and very very expensive to buy. Once done you can make your own taramasalata(hope I spelt that right) Far superior to the dyed pink crap you buy in the shop :sick: :sick: Andy
