Anyone i know who has one thinks they are brilliant, one guy had a 12lb cod fishing the brittle stars in the summer n one! however a little thin on the grip so if you have large hands you may have to consider putting shrink wrap over the top

however a little thin on the grip so if you have large hands you may have to consider putting shrink wrap over the top Well I suppose we can only speak as we find, I've seen at least 2 break in what I would regard as normal use and 3rd which might have been down to an operating error of the chap using it where he was stuck in the bottom. Regarding the grips they are almost non existant which is fine on a beach rod but very uncomfortable on a boat rod which you are holding all day.

boat i go wrecking on uses them and they are superb rods. the 15lb offshore and mti 20-40 braid are quality, never seen them break (not saying they dont tho) a m8 of mine fishes norway with the 20-40 mti and hes had some monster fish on it.
