Just like to find out if any one ownes a merry fisher 635 and please could they tell me the good and the bad and what to look out for.

i can defo recommend the ones with 85hp nanni. thay are bullet proof. and also as a by product thay are a bit heavier than the new volkswagen so more stable at anchor and on the drift. this said the volkswagen is a bit faster.
as for the boat its self thay are a pritty good all rounder and can take a bit of sea with out effort, on the neg side thay do get pushed around at anchor by the wind(but so do most boats with a large cabin)
