I have a raider 18 fisherman with a cracked roof as well ! but its not as bad as yours nick If it makes you both feel better - ours is worse than yours. On the upside for us - nobody has catapulted gel coat filler at ours ;D Beejay - yours may worsen; ours started as a hair-line crack. Good Luck Nick with the rest of the project.

Mine has toughned glass all round with a million s/steel bolts .Not sure if it was changed because of the wipers being installed . You got me worried now . Will get my cabin boy to take the wheel and have a look at it flexing.
What type of glass is the standard build ?

Glassed in foam-stringer has to be the best a permanent solution.
I am still waiting for my arch to be finished....more delays from the fabricators today ....not happy with their promise of one day !!!!!
So now its going to be Monday before I can show you any photos.
