Wonder how may species we managed this year as a forum? Thats a good question, cant you knock-up some fancy software to work that out? Well thats that then all updated and the year done. Congratulations to all that entered, its a good bit of fun and a nice reminder of a years hard angling effort. Well done everyone, especially Mr Harding clearly claiming the top spot, well done mate! |

Thanks Pete, thoroughly enjoyed it. Well done to the other lads too for their efforts, Cod Father of Sole I thought was going to make a late post with 5 onNew Years Eve  I enjoyed it because here in Alderney it is hard to competitively fish because of the lack of anglers and drive! It makes me fish when often I would sit 'larding' it up in front of the tele. This year the aim is too do 50, with all 50 coming from the island which remember is only 3 miles by 1 mile. We'll see eh? Happy New Year |

I'll be following your progress with interest.
I'm itching to get my 2011 species count underway, I'm determined to give you lot a run for your money. A few more concentrated species hunt efforts I think.

Cheers Beaky. I may well have to come out with you when your over. Sold my boat and the new one won't be here till June time. Pay my way of course!! Also holed the kayak, that was fun...........not. The new one of that won't be here till next month. Till then I'm stuck on the rock!!
