Thanks for making me feel welcome. I'll keep you all informed of what I get up to. I've put on my latest adventure. It's nice to be famous. Luckily I've got a long rod to keep all the fans at bay!! I'll catch you all later.

Oi, I will skin him alive if he splits. Actually, you have some hot spots just down the road from you - I understand Warsash and Magazine Lane can be pretty good could once you have worked out where to drop yer bait. Anyway, our hot spots like most others are relevant to tide times and "features". As Solehunter says, find a lugworm bed which is nice and sandy, fish it at the right time (night, rising tide), use the right tackle and you should find sole - that was all we did. Also we have one or two deep holes on Hayling and if we fish them at the right state of the tide, we get stuff. Other folk come here, fish the same holes and get nothing but weed because they don't fish them at the right time.

Don't worry about what Eccles says. He's learnt everything from me, apart from the casting!! Basically it's near the inn on the beach. It's just finding the worm trails there and casting into them. But if you want to catch a lot of bass, fair ground at night. Rich I hope you still love me....
