hi olly thanks for the replie mate i have a malibu x 13 which is about 13/14 feet , as for the transport i think at a real push i could get it on the polo but with the wife working and only have the one car its undoubtedly going to cause strife with the wife ;D....
But if you guys are in the ryde area i would happy for company ! i think as the summer rolls on i have to look into another car just an expense i could do with out .
cheers luke

I'm not yet a "yak man" ( a work in progress ) but a mate who i work with is. He regularly fishes ( summertime ) fishbourne through to osbourne house in all the little coves, spots etc, predominantly for bass, his other fave is off of seaview, quite a way out but he picks up a lot of bream/guiltheads/bass from there. They are both great for the excercise/exploring side of fishing for our beasties. Each year he flies off to Florida to catch up on all the latest gear and gadgets, i dread to think what his Yak is worth now!!

A freudian slip as he feels ` guilty` to be buying a Kayak when his Mrs will want the cash spent on Child and home!!!!
