A lovely evening down Cowes tonight. Third time i've been out this year and still no sign of the Bass Conditions were better but I still think the cold is keeping them at bay. The blank was saved by a wee Pollack that was marginally bigger than the lure! Caught on a Copper Landa Herri Toby Lure by Delta at dusk. I've only heard of a few schoolies on the lure from the shore so far. Anyone having better luck?

Nope! Although I had a HUGE boil behind my lure yesterday down bembridge way. It was a big surface lure (Jackson Tanto) which has 2 massive trebles and the bloody thing had 2 attempts at biting my lure but missed both Had quite a few bites yesterday, but no hook ups. Very frustrating. Only had one fish on the lures this year and that was over a month ago.
