Slipway, Hamworthy, Poole?

Has anyone used or got any info on the slipway at the end of Lake road, Hamworthy, Poole. I'm told it free, but have no info as to what states of the tide that it's useable, what size of boat can be launched there or parking etc?

There is a height restriction cross bar to prevent cabin/cuddy boats going through. The slip is all single/sand with no hard standing so with a heavy boat you might sink the wheels.
It is really for dingys to get out to the moored craft.

I can't recall the height but it is not very high!

The only slips are at Cobbs Quay, Rockley or Baiter Park in order of best to worse!
