For those of you that don't believe in spending a small fortune on a torch for yer bonce: There is a Hong Kong ebayer called eupix who is selling a headlamp with a single Cree LED installed and which you can focus for around £5. I just bought one as a back up but it has become my main lamp because it is so bright and the focusing facility means you can have as wide or narrow a beam as you like instantly. BTW the "Cree" designed LED's (bright white) have been quite expensive until recently but they have obviously now decided to go for the mass market, hooray!
