Stumbled on the forum while searching for something else online, so thought I'd give it a go.
Did coarse fishing as a kid, shore angling around Swansea as a teenager, got back to shore stuff a few years ago.
Now fish most of the time for mullet, but get the odd bass.

Good to meet and chat with you the other day, Sunny.
No further joy that day after the fish I told you about, and only the odd bass since, doing very good impressions of Usain Bolt in the way we discussed.

hey ...great to meet you too. you will also see we ahve another new Mullet angler joined us after I met him on Sunday (Dave Stenson); although he hasn't said he is also a terrific al-round angler doing a lot of shore and boat stuff. You are right they can give some spectacular runs those shallow water Bass.....if only they were able to sustain the fight I would convert from Mullet I had three on Sunday...a fourth snapped me off as the line got tangled in the boat. This is our time of the year...gotta make the most of it. See you soon :-) Nick
