Hi everyone

I have been fishing for years from piers and beaches but have recently bought myself a 15' boat to go out fishing on and I'm looking to pick up help and tactics. I went out yesterday for the first time and had a great time motoring about but blanked fishing! lol. The fish finder was going mental telling me there was fish every where but frustratingly I couldn't hook into one.

Welcome aboard Billy, nice to see another member from Kent, I get down to Dover quite often, but mainly fish down Deal, as I like to fish from the beach, and it is not so crowded as the other beaches in kent.
Good luck with your boat fishing, it must be frustrating seeing all those fish on the fish finder and still blanking, but keep with it, you never know you might catch a British record fish.!!!!
