that evening we paddled for one hour and 35 mins and have to say no pain .this is because i have ajusted the seat ,had it all wrong to start with .Anyway i really enjoyed it went from wick ferry to iford bridge and back .Now the wind was up yesterday and wanted to go out in the harbour with a fishing rod .So we did it was calm in close and we set of from inner sandbanks and paddled out to the channel where we started drifting towards brownsea .i even had a bite but the drift was to fast . Turned to go back for another drift and soon realised that the wind was very strong say force five ,i think this is why the waves had white tops to them .Didnt feel in any danger though and paddled from brownsea wall to evening hill then back round to sandbanks .you look at this picture you would think it was fine but i can assure you once over by brownsea it was a different thing altogether .I have just got on the scales and i have shed a stone in ten days .i have done this many times and once shed five ston e 10 pound .... The yellow one is mine and she is called Sarah after the Bob dylan song The gay flame one is Simons and is known as misadventure

Cam, losing a regular crew member has been a bit of a blow ... but by the look of you, you must of lost about 5 stone already, so the next time your out on Aquajak, fuel consumption will be that much better....keep it up champ... Nick... ;D

i reckon i have enough time in a year to go carp fishing ,and to go barbel fishing and of coarse the chub . A few trips after the spotties is fun, as is paddleing around in the harbours . i really want to catch a big flounder, its a nostalgia thing ,trust me ill grow out of it . The mullet interest me especially the big thick lips .However if i was asked what is your favorite fishing it would be anchored up ten miles offshore ,fishing a bank on a nice tide, and not knowing what will come up next . Cant afford the boat to do that so have to rely on invites from my splendid mates ....and no i will not be paddling my canoe out to the bloody needles ...Rupe there is a 24 stone geezer doing the kayak bit ....you would be ace at it with them arms and you wouldnt even need a paddle .
