Hello,
Live in Locksheath Nr Southampton, Shore and coarse angler, Caught a few off boats aswell inbetween throwing up.
High points are catching some shore codling, hillhead and chesil. Enjoy the smoothie season as well, had a few doubles but nothing massive.

Welcome - I can sympathise with the 'in between throwing up' bit though it's been years since I was out fishing on a boat.
It's not the season for it now (though not long gone), but as you live near the Hamble have you ever been tempted to try with the freshwater gear for the mullet?

Welcome to the forum mate....look forward to your Smut reports I had my first real targetted sessions for them - from the boat off Hillhead - this year. used Tench and Carp rods, baitrunners and 8Lb line..... what a laugh. Hope you enjoy the forum Nick
