yes I have had her about 7 months and been out most weekends. I have just finished putting seating in, radar arch, VHF and aerial, radar, monster swivelling spotlight for in front and the deck, more switches, an inhull transducer for my new Garmin 7500 electronics and cover. I cant wait to get back out (This Sunday hopefully) and start playing again. I am planning on taking her to Alderney in May By the way ... how do i get multiple pictures up on the same post?

Have you got a Photobucket Account ? The easiest way is to upload them to Photobucket and then post the IMG link from there. You can post multiple IMGs on each Post. They look like this: name_of_picture_1 name_of_picture_2 name_of_picture_3 Hope that helps .

What is the box structure at the back for Graham ?
Another question - how good is the Garmin Radar ? I'm still looking at getting one.
Cheers Nick

It covers my fuel tanks Sunny (as i had some scumbag syphon 70 litres about a month or so ago, It also gives my dog somewhere to sit so he doesnt have to stand all the time (as he likes to see over the side) The Radar ..... I think i need a little more practice .... It showed up other boats and channel markers great, but didnt show pot buoys etc unless i had it set to minimum range and about 75% gain, by which time it also showed up seaguls flying past us (which would have put the fear of God into me if I saw that on my screen during heavy fog)! It is the HD one (not the Broadband, which i beleive would have been a couple of hundred quid cheaper).

Quality picture of the dog. I've taken mine Mullet fishing a few times, but he's a little sod when he sees the Mullet cruising near the boat...and is beside himself when I hook them. last year he jumped in when I was playing one !!!! I couldn't risk taking him out on the Raider I know what you mean about thieves. I don't leave anyhting on my boat. I bring the fuel cans off and remove all of my electrics - which I have mounted on a removable board with Mil-Spec data cable connectors. I have two Garmin 3010-C plotters and the network Hub, so it will just be a case of plug and play with the radome; but the plotters won't run the HD radar ......so I need a standard GMR18. I love the seagulls thing...hillarious :hysterical: Reminds me of the time I was out at night off the back of the Island and a light came out of the mist, heading straight for me, whilst I was at anchor. There were no Nav lights, just a single white mast light (as it turned out) ....but I couldn't see it wasa yacht until it turned off about 300 yards away..... I was clenching my buttocks started the engine and had the knife ready to cut my anchor loose. Flippin git should have ahd nav lights on too !!!! .

Ha Ha .... love the dog!!! My dog only comes out with me in warm weather just incase he jumps in .... he loves the water! I had a Lowrance unit GPS, Sonar, Radar etc and it would only take the standard Lowrance Randome but the very nice man at the London Boatshow suggested I part with over £2000 of my pounds and start again , which of course i did . Must be honest, the inhull transducer and new G2vision card was very nice. Much Much better than my old setup. This is them getting bored ..... the little one cant see over the sides so she gets bored easily

Nick - consider yourself lucky you didn't find yourself in the path of the yacht I barely noticed from shore late one night as it entered Portsmouth Harbour. A few minutes later - cue massive CLANG and loud swearing.
They'd run straight into the red marker pole/platform on the Gosport side of the harbour a few hundred yards in, despite the big red light on it. They did have nav lights on though, so at least anything that was moving had the chance of getting out of the way....

I thought my incident was a ship bearing down on me....they sometimes have a white light on the front end ...especially some of the bigger buggers; the container ships etc. One scary moment I don't want to repeat.
