May seem a silly question to ask, but how do you use Jellies and are they only for use from a boat?

I had a look at the videos, they are quite informative. I hope to try using one when on holiday on IOW in June for Bass etc. As there are so many on the market I am not sure what to use, is there one that is a good all rounder?

There are loads to choose from, I wouldn't know what ones are best myself to be honest, I don't really use them much myself but hoping to give them a try this year. I know jelly worms with a lead head are supposed to work quite well

Will give leaded ones a try, only ever used spiners so thought its time to try one or two of these other ideas on market. Thanks davidw

Hi there.
You'll need about a 15g jighead and a fairly light spinning rod to get decent distances. Try XLayers and Sluggos. Braid is pretty much a prerequisite so you can feel the lead head bumping along the bottom. Try very small sink-and-draw type retrieves.
Good luck,
Steve.
