Hello from the South Coast

Hello everyone,

First day here!

I'm Lolly and I live in Lee-on-the-Solent. I've been fishing with my fiance since April and, well, what can I say, I'm well and truly hooked! (Thanks to my dearly departed Dad for taking me out as a child and getting me interested).

We mostly shore fish, around the Solent and once on the IW so far, but have also been on a boat trip out of West Bay. My personal catch total since April is now 56 fish! Between us its over 110 fish.

Interested in tackle tips and shore reports to hopefully help me catch a big'un.

Any other female anglers out there ?!

Awww thanks everyone for making me feel so welcome. Hopefully when I next go out (hoping to squeeze one in before the new year) I'll then post an update on here.

Hope everyone had a nice Christmas. I got a lovely boat rod and Penn reel, and was quite surprised to also get a 9ft spinning rod and reel.
