well done, i know how you feel. i bought a 24ft natant at the start of the winter, it had not been run or even moved from its mooring for 6 years and the fuel in the tank was 20 years old. not to mention a ceized engine with saltwater and mud in all four cylinders. but last week we took our first trip to the needles. success!! congrats on your boat. she looks great.

Thanks Codfather ..... It's been harder (and taken longer) than expected coz my 2 mates that were well up for helping and doing it every weekend have been very conspicuous by their absence!! Anyway, she's now ready to be taken to the boat yard to have the engine plonked on her and hopefully sea trials will be next weekend. The fuel tank is a temporary measure while I try to work out how to use my built in tanks.
