Well I know that I said I would never put another thread on the site.
But as I am a bigger liar than Kit Mullet, and the average input to the forum has been about as exciting as the Stornoway ,Bi -Annual Limpet Racing contest and as controversial as which; 'Poo Stick' actually won the race between Winny The Poo and Tigger ,I had to put this on as this really pissed me off.
Fish Heads and bait!
Last week as I was walking over the Bay with the hound for his evening crap, there were some 'anglers', there packing up.
I was disgusted to see what they did as they tackled down.
Instead of de-baiting the hooks , they cut them off and threw the baited hooks in the tide.
When I asked why they did it , they said it was easier than taking the bait off, and they like to use new hooks every time.
Has it never occurred to these idiots about what happens to the baited hooks? They didn't give a fxxx , and the reply was ' So what?'
Birds eat them as do fish , result ...Death, slow and pain full.
I really hope that the people who read this site have never done that?
But I bet some of you have , I know I did when I was younger and didn't care.
Trouble is now I do, and hope that this stupid practice can be stopped. But that is up to you lot!!!
Thanks to everyone who wrote support when I got the nasty e-mails, re my son (Especially Sonny who was brilliant) , and bollocks to you lot who didn't.
