Today I jollied over to Ajman (two States along; to the right) to get the towbar fitted.
First thing was to inspect the job and no doubt about it they have done a superb job of the welding. This thing isn't going to fall apart. the car will rot away to nothing and laying there will be the towbar assembly, still in good condition ;D
They were done in under 20 minutes and I was back on the road, to Dubai, to collect the dinghy from the storage yard. It was emotional to be reunited with her ;D
me and this lump of fiberglass have seen some times together ....and a few of you too.
So now the new adventure begins, me and the tub are going afloat on the Persian Gulf
I shall be dreaming tonight
