Quite a simple dish...
Make a VERY thick white sauce, add crab meat, tarragon, english mustard, splash of soy sauce and a squirt of ketchup, mix well, place in a ramekin, top with grated cheese and parmesan and finish under the grill
Outstanding grub even if i do say so myself ;D
